Wedded Bliss
I've just come back from the most exquisite wedding - my 2nd cousin got hitched in Scottsdale, and I just loved every second of it. Hanging out with the very large, extended family - Chinese banquet, outdoor ceremony, and dancing the night away at the reception…

Vacay!
Summer is in full swing, and I'm loving every second of it. Mom's got a full and varied itinerary for me - art classes, swimming lessons, play dates, a sprinkling of school, etc. - and it doesn't stop until September! I had a great vacation in Deer Valley, Utah with the Nichols clan a few weeks ago, too. Haven't had a second to catch my breath, let alone post, until now - pictures below!

Mea Culpa
So, so sorry to have been away for so long. This has been such a busy 6 months. First of all, I now have a little brother. He's OK, mostly grabs my hair and doesn't really do anything that I tell him to do, but I'm told he'll get more fun. I've been busy at school, wrapping up an exciting first year and looking forward to the summer. I'm currently obsessed with all things Peter Pan, and princesses, and the colors pink and purple (as well as silver and gold). I love to draw and swing. And I am excellent at making a giant mess. That pretty much gets you all up to date. Here are some pictures - and I promise to post again soon...

Disney +
It was brought to my attention that I've been lax in posting -- so a hearty apology to my legions of fans! Here are a few pictures from the last couple of months, me exploring careers in hairdressing (excuse the camera strap) and horticulture, and an encounter with some friends at Disneyland...more soon!

Disney-ed
Went to Disneyland, and boy was it awesome. Loved it so much, I dragged my parents back again (good thing we got those annual passes!). Here I am at the Princess (TM) Show - it had Cinderella, Snow White, AND pink and purple streamers. My head almost exploded.

Ye Olde Finley
Went to the Ren Fair (that's Renaissance Faire, for those of you not in the know) - it was an excellent time. There were all kinds of entertainments, roasted meats, and seriously costumed fair-goers. I couldn't leave without a few souvenirs. Made a deal with my parents - if I could take home the purple garland with ribbons and butterfly, I'd also take home a battle axe and shield. Jolly Roger was my choice of decor - not exactly consistent with the Ren theme, but cool nonetheless.
